IN MEMORY OF SAMAT «Rado» AVTANDILOV
On August 4, 2026, Samat Avtandilov, known in the Kyrgyzstan esports community by the nickname Rado, died as the result of an accident. His place was at a computer beside us — at these same tournaments, in this same club.
Two tournaments on September 5 and 6 are held in his memory. Both are charitable: all entry fees collected above the prize pool are transferred in full to Samat's family. The tournaments are held jointly with the charitable organization Interract, which also oversees the transfer of funds.
Participation is not just about playing. It is a way to help the family of someone who was part of our community.
The entry fee depends on the player's class: 6 PTS — 500 KGS, 5 PTS — 600, 4 PTS — 700, 3 PTS — 750. The prize pool is paid from the collected funds: 12,000 KGS for first place, 5,000 for second, and 3,000 for third. Everything collected above these 20,000 goes entirely to the family, with no deductions by the organizers or the club.
We will publish the final amount collected and confirmation of the transfer on the website and in the channel after the tournaments.
Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and there is no need to look for a team. The organizer appoints captains, and they take turns selecting players from the shared pool in a live draft — in front of everyone. There is no limit on the total class rating in the draft: a captain looks at you and picks you because they want to play with you.
Double elimination bracket, MR12 map format, MR3 overtime. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server configuration are automatic.
1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.
1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the start of the tournament by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively alter the result of matches already played.
1.4.All disputed situations not covered by these rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may refuse participation or remove a participant from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting match-fixing.
2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with linked Steam. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and is punishable by removal from the tournament.
2.2.

All matches are played on the platform's servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.
Those not selected to a roster during the draft go into the reserve. The reserve does not disperse: if someone drops out, a substitute comes from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.
A cybersport.kg account with linked Steam and a set PTS — the entry fee is calculated based on it. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club; you may bring your own mouse, keyboard, headset, and mousepad. Arrive 30 minutes before the start.
The full rules are in the «Rules» tab. In short: play fair, behave like decent people. This is a memorial tournament — and conduct should reflect that.
Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer.
2.3.The nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
2.4.One player may be registered for only one team within a single tournament.
2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. False information results in removal from the tournament.
3.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the shared pool.
3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns selecting players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is snake draft: one round from left to right, the next from right to left, and so on. Thus, the last captain of a round picks twice in a row, and the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. The pick order and pick timer are visible to everyone on the draft page.
3.3.A captain is given limited time to make a pick (specified on the draft page). If the captain does not make it in time, the system selects a player automatically and the turn moves on. A pick missed due to time is not restored.
3.4.The PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.
3.5.Players not selected to rosters are placed in the reserve. A substitute from the reserve is possible only through the organizer.
3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selected the player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.
3.7.Agreements between captains on pre-arranged rosters («you take these players, I take those») are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is redone and the captains are removed.
4.1.The map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting money of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, the next overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants.
4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
4.6.The tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.
5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.
5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may be used only in case of a genuine technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.
5.3.The total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
5.4.A pause is removed with the !unpause command from both teams.
6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.
6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.
6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game malfunction, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by a referee's decision.
6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.
7.1.Any third-party programs that provide an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs with game information.
7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going out of bounds, passing through textures, shooting through impenetrable surfaces, pixel-walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Regular player boosts are allowed.
7.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.
7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.
8.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.
8.2.A protest is submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the end of the match — through the organizer's contacts, indicating the match number, round, and the substance of the complaint.
8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.
8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during the match must be submitted immediately, before the start of the next round.
9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.
9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hostility on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.
9.3.Spam and flooding in game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.
9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.
10.1.The tournament is held at the organizer's venue. Equipment is provided by the venue. Personal peripherals are allowed: mouse, keyboard, headset, mousepad. Connecting personal system units, storage devices, and network equipment is prohibited.
10.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the start of their match. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time results in a map forfeit; more than 30 minutes results in a match forfeit.
10.3.Workspace setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) is performed before the match starts. No time for setup is provided after the knife round.
10.4.Phones must be removed from the desk for the duration of the match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside of a match, it is allowed.
10.5.Talking is allowed only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside coaching.
10.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching gaming stations closer than two meters and from coaching players. A spectator who violates this is removed from the venue.
10.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to club rules. Any drink spilled on equipment is reimbursed by the responsible person according to the club's price list.
10.8.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed at the venue. A participant under the influence will not be admitted to matches, and the entry fee will not be refunded.
11.1.Hitting the table, throwing peripherals, or damaging property — a 500 KGS fine and a warning. Damage caused is reimbursed separately according to the club's price list.
11.2.Profanity audible throughout the club: first violation — a 500 KGS fine, second — 1000 KGS, third — removal from the tournament and a platform ban.
11.3.Physical assault, fighting, or threats of physical violence — immediate removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a 2-month platform ban. In case of serious consequences — a permanent ban and referral to the police.
11.4.The fine must be paid on site. Until payment, the team is not admitted to the next match; non-payment is equivalent to refusing to continue in the tournament.
11.5.The referee may issue a verbal warning for any behavior that interferes with other participants, even if it is not explicitly described above. Two verbal warnings — a 500 KGS fine.
11.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and published in the tournament chat after the match.
12.1.The tournament is charitable. The entry fee depends on the player's class and is specified on the tournament page; an application is considered confirmed after the organizer has received payment.
12.2.The prize pool is paid from the collected entry fees: 15,000 KGS for first place, 3,000 for second, and 2,000 for third. All funds collected above this amount are transferred in full to the family of Samat Avtandilov. The organizer and venue retain nothing from the fundraiser.
12.3.The transfer of funds is overseen by the charitable organization Interract. The final amount collected and confirmation of the transfer are published on the platform's website and channel after the tournament.
12.4.When making a transfer, you must specify your nickname on the platform. Without this, the payment cannot be identified.
12.5.A refund of the entry fee is possible only if the tournament is cancelled by the organizer or if the application is withdrawn before registration closes. A participant removed for violating the rules will not receive a refund, and the fee remains in the charitable fundraiser.
12.6.Prize money is paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends.
12.7.Taxes and transfer fees are borne by the recipient.
13.1.All questions, protests, and problem reports — through the organizer's contacts indicated on the tournament page.
13.2.The official communication channel is the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
