Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is held by the international charity organization Interact Club of Bishkek on the cybersport.kg platform in Counter-Strike 2 as a LAN event at the Cyberzone computer club (Bishkek, 4-й микрорайон, 6а/1) on November 1, 2026. Matches start at 10:00.

1.2.The tournament is a charity event: all proceeds go toward helping people with cancer.

1.3.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.

1.4.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of completed matches.

1.5.All disputes not covered by the rules are resolved by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.

1.6.The organizer may deny participation or remove a team from the tournament without refunding the fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a fixed result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.Every player must have a cybersport.kg account linked to Steam. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and is punishable by removal of the team from the tournament.

2.2.A Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms imposed less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.Nicknames and team names must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require them to be changed.

2.4.A player may play for only one team.

3. TEAMS AND ROSTERS

3.1.Registration is team-only. The captain submits the application for the entire roster: 5 starting players; substitutes may also be registered.

3.2.There are no roster restrictions: no combined PTS limit or player level requirements.

3.3.Roster changes after the tournament begins are permitted only through the organizer and only using registered substitutes.

3.4.A team that does not arrive for its first match with a full roster may be removed from the tournament.

4. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

4.1.The bracket is double elimination: a team is eliminated after its second loss. The upper and lower brackets meet in the grand final.

4.2.The organizer determines team seeds after registration closes.

4.3.All bracket matches are played on one map (Bo1). The grand final is best of three (Bo3). The organizer may change a stage's format by announcing it before that stage begins.

4.4.The match schedule is announced on the tournament page. A team must be ready for a match as soon as it is scheduled.

5. MATCH FORMAT

5.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

5.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with $10 000 starting money. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

5.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side with the command !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

5.4.Server settings are set automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.

5.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

5.6.Map pick/ban is conducted by captains on the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.

6. PAUSES

6.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.

6.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may be taken only for a genuine technical problem: a game crash, connection loss, or equipment malfunction.

6.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team.

7. DISCONNECTIONS AND RESTORATION

7.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.

7.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with fewer players or fields a registered substitute with the referee's permission.

7.3.If a round is played incorrectly because of a server or game failure, the round is rolled back at the referee's discretion.

7.4.A match interrupted due to a venue or platform issue resumes from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is ordered only by the referee.

8. FAIR PLAY

8.1.Any third-party programs that provide an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, and modifications to game files.

8.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map, moving through textures, pixel walking, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosting is allowed.

8.3.Match-fixing and intentionally losing are prohibited.

8.4.Giving players information from outside the game (ghosting) is prohibited.

8.5.The penalty for violating this section is removal of the team from the tournament without a fee refund and a ban on the platform.

9. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

9.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and a demo recording are available on the match page.

9.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain to the tournament referee no later than 30 minutes after the match ends, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

9.3.Protests without evidence will not be considered.

10. CONDUCT AT THE VENUE

10.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and club staff is mandatory.

10.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred on any grounds are prohibited.

10.3.Equipment is provided by the club. Personal peripherals are allowed: mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mouse pad. The person responsible must compensate for property damage according to the club's price list.

10.4.Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled match time results in a forfeit.

10.5.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed at the venue. Intoxicated participants will not be allowed to play matches.

11. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

11.1.The entry fee is 2 500 KGS per team. To register and pay, the captain contacts the organizers: Sara — +996 555 445 265, Anelya — +996 705 440 080.
