cybersport.kg LAN mix at the «Каганат» computer club — a tournament for strong players.
Players with a PTS rating from 4 to 6 are eligible to participate. Classes 1, 2, and 3 do not play: their applications will not be accepted. Verification is automatic — the platform checks your PTS at the moment you submit your application.
Captains do not choose anyone here. No draft or picks: the system shuffles the entire pool and randomly assigns players to teams. The draw decides who plays with whom, and no one knows their roster in advance.
Gathering at the club from 10:00, roster draw at 10:00, start at 10:30. Then we play a double elimination bracket: to be eliminated, you need to lose twice.
Map format — MR12, MR3 overtime. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server setup are automatic.
All matches are played on the platform's servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.
The entry fee is 1000 KGS per player. The prize pool is collected from entry fees and divided among the prize winners: 50% for first place, 30% for second place. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes — they depend on how many people have paid for participation.
An account on cybersport.kg with linked Steam and a paid entry fee. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club, but you can and should bring your own mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Come by 10:00: you will have time to set up your station and make it into the draw.
Anyone who does not make it into a roster during the draw goes to the reserve. The reserve does not leave: if someone drops out, a replacement comes from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.
The full regulations are in the «Регламент» tab. Briefly about the main things: play fair, behave decently, penalties are предусмотрены for hitting the table and swearing loud enough for the entire club to hear, and physical assault results in a ban. The club welcomes us as guests, and we should behave accordingly.
Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer. See you at «Каганат».
1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline in a LAN format at the «Каганат» computer club on September 27, 2026. The roster draw is at 10:00, matches start at 10:30.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the regulations. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.
1.3.The organizer may amend the regulations before the tournament starts by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively change the result of matches already played.
1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the regulations are decided by the tournament head referee. Their decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may refuse participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the regulations, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, and attempting to arrange a match result.
2.1.The tournament is for strong players: players with a personal PTS rating from 4 to 6 inclusive are eligible to participate.
2.2.PTS class 1, 2, and 3 players are not eligible for the tournament. The platform does not accept an application from such a player.
2.3.Eligibility is checked based on PTS at the time of application submission. If a player's rating falls below 4 before the tournament starts, the organizer may withdraw the application and refund the entry fee.
2.4.Attempts to bypass eligibility — playing on another person's account, account transfer, rating boosting — are punished by removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a platform ban.
2.5.The restriction is personal rather than team-based: the total roster points are not limited, because rosters are formed through a random draw.
3.1.A participant must have an account on cybersport.kg with linked Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punished by removal from the tournament.
3.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC and Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.
3.3.The nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
3.4.One player submits one application. A second application from the same person using another account results in removal of both applications without refunding the entry fee.
3.5.A participant must provide accurate information. False information results in removal from the tournament.
4.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the general pool. Team size is 5 players.
4.2.Rosters are formed by the system through a random draw. Captains do not choose players: there is no draft, picks, or turn order in this tournament.
4.3.The draw is held once, after registration closes, in the presence of participants. The result is published on the tournament page.
4.4.The total PTS points per roster are neither balanced nor limited: distribution is random, and strong and weak players may end up on the same team.
4.5.The captain of each team is determined by the same draw. Their role is organizational: map pick-ban, communication with the referee, and ensuring the team's readiness for the match. The captain has no right to change the roster.
4.6.The organizer may redraw rosters only before the first match begins and only in case of a technical error — for example, if a player removed for non-payment was included in a roster. Dissatisfaction with a roster is not grounds for this.
4.7.Refusal to play for the assigned team is equivalent to removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee.
4.8.Players who do not make it into rosters are placed in the reserve. A substitute from the reserve may be used only through the organizer.
4.9.Player swaps between teams after the draw are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, both teams are removed from the tournament.
5.1.The bracket is double elimination: a team is eliminated after its second loss. The upper and lower brackets meet in the grand final.
5.2.Team seeding in the bracket is determined by the organizer after the roster draw.
5.3.All matches, including the grand final, are played as a single-map match (Bo1), unless the organizer announces otherwise before the stage begins.
5.4.The match schedule is announced on the tournament page. A team must be ready for a match from the moment it is assigned.
6.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
6.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, the next overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
6.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using the !stay (stay) or !switch (switch) command.
6.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants.
6.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
6.6.The tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.
7.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.
7.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be taken for a real technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.
7.3.The total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
7.4.A pause is removed by the !unpause command from both teams.
8.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.
8.2.The player is given a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.
8.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game malfunction, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.
8.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the point of interruption through round recovery. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.
9.1.Any third-party software providing an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, game file modifications, and overlays with in-game information.
9.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through non-penetrable surfaces, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosts are allowed.
9.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
9.4.Disclosing opponent position information as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
9.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.

10.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.
10.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends — through the organizer's contacts, stating the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

12.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 10:00 — for the roster draw. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled match time results in a map technical loss; more than 30 minutes results in a match technical loss.
12.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) is performed before the match starts. No setup time is allocated after the knife round.
12.4.Phones must be removed from the table during a match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside a match, it is allowed.
12.5.Talking is allowed only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside assistance.
12.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching playing stations closer than two meters or assisting players. A violating spectator is removed from the venue.

13.5.The referee may issue a verbal warning for any behavior that interferes with other participants, even if it is not explicitly described above. Two verbal warnings result in a 500 KGS fine.
13.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and published in the tournament chat after the match.
14.1.The entry fee is 1000 KGS per player. Payment details are listed on the tournament page. An application is considered confirmed after the organizer has received the payment.
