An online cybersport.kg mix in the format of our LAN mixes at «Каганате»: the same captain drafts, only we play from home.
Come alone, leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player applies on their own, and rosters are assembled through a draft on the tournament page. The organizer appoints captains, who take turns picking players from the common pool. There are no PTS limits, either per player or on the total roster: a captain picks you because they want to play with you.
Monday, November 2. Registration closes at 19:00 Bishkek time, and the draft begins on the tournament page; the first matches start at 19:30. The draft uses a snake order: one round goes left to right, the next right to left, so the advantage of the first pick does not accumulate. The bracket is double elimination, matches are Bo1, maps use MR12, and overtime uses MR3. Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Map vetoes and server assignments are automatic.
All matches run on the platform's servers: stats, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone can open their maps, check the score, damage, and clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.
An account on cybersport.kg with Steam linked, a paid entry fee, stable internet, and a free evening. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded on every map, and disputed moments will be reviewed after the match. Be on the site by 19:00: draft picks have a timer, and captains choose from players who are present.
Anyone not picked for a roster during the draft goes into reserve. If someone drops out, a substitute comes from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.
The entry fee is 600 KGS per person. Pay through О!Банк directly on the site: click “Pay and apply,” and the site displays a QR code with the exact amount—you can pay with any Kyrgyzstan banking app. The amount may include tyiyns (for example, 599.37): transfer exactly that amount, as it is used to identify the payment. Your application will appear in the list automatically a few seconds after payment; you do not need to send the receipt anywhere. The prize pool is made up of entry fees and split between the top two places: 60% for first, 30% for second. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes—they depend on how many people paid to participate.
The full rules are in the “Rules” tab. The essentials: play fair, treat others decently, and join the server on time—you have 10 minutes to join from the moment the match is assigned.
Questions—use the tournament chat or Telegram @xmvsx.
1.1.The tournament is run by the cybersport.kg platform in Counter-Strike 2.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Not knowing the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.
1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of matches already played.
1.4.All disputes not covered by these rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a fixed result.
2.1.A participant must have an account on cybersport.kg with Steam linked. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punishable by removal from the tournament.
2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Ban bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.
2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
2.4.A player may be registered for only one team in a tournament.
2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. False information results in removal from the tournament.
3.1.Registration is individual: players apply to a common pool.
3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is a snake: one round goes left to right, the next right to left, and so on. This means the last captain in a round picks twice in a row, and the advantage of picking first does not accumulate. The pick order and pick timer are visible to everyone on the draft page.
3.3.Captains have a limited time to make each pick (shown on the draft page). If a captain runs out of time, the system picks a player automatically and the turn passes on. A timed-out pick cannot be taken again.
3.4.PTS ratings do not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.
3.5.Players not picked for rosters are placed in reserve. A substitute may be brought in from the reserve only through the organizer.
3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selected a player is equivalent to withdrawal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.
3.7.Agreements between captains on prearranged rosters (“you take these players, I'll take those”) are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is redone and the captains are disqualified.
4.1.Maps use MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting money of $10 000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
4.4.Server settings are set automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.
4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The platform handles the map veto; the sequence of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.
5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.
5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may be called only for a genuine technical problem: a game crash, connection loss, equipment failure, or outside noise at the venue.
5.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
5.4.Both teams must use !unpause to end a pause.
6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.
6.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.
6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback may go back no more than 3 rounds and requires the opponent's consent or a referee's decision.
6.4.A match interrupted due to a platform fault resumes from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is ordered only by a referee's decision.
7.1.Any third-party programs that provide an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modifications to game files, and overlays displaying game information.
7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. A normal player boost is allowed.
7.3.Match fixing, intentionally losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
7.4.Revealing information about opponents' positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.
7.6.The penalty for violations of this section is removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a platform ban ranging from 6 months to a lifetime.
8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and demo recordings are available on the match page.
8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.
8.3.Protests without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.
8.4.Protests against decisions made by a referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.
9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.
9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hostility on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.
9.3.Spam and flooding in the game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.
9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.
10.1.Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and connection. Problems on a participant's end are not grounds for a replay.
10.2.A stable connection with ping of up to 60 ms to the platform's servers and wired internet are recommended. Playing over mobile internet or a VPN is not recommended and does not entitle a participant to a replay.
10.3.Participants must remain reachable via the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.
10.4.Lateness: teams have 10 minutes to join the server from the moment the match is assigned. A team that fails to join in time receives a default loss for the map; if more than 20 minutes late, a default loss for the match.
10.5.Participants are not required to record their screens, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen broadcast showing the monitor and hands.
10.6.Participant streams are allowed with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is treated as ghosting.
12.1.The entry fee of 600 KGS per player is paid when applying, using an О!Банк QR code for the exact amount shown on the site. An application is confirmed once payment is received.
12.2.The payment is linked to the account automatically by its amount, so you must transfer exactly the stated amount, including tyiyns, before the QR code expires. If payment went through but the application has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact the organizer and attach the receipt.
12.3.The entry fee can be refunded only if the organizer cancels the tournament or the application is withdrawn before registration closes.
12.4.Participants removed for violating the rules do not receive a refund of the entry fee.
12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is defined as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from participation fees actually paid and announced after registration closes.
12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the recipient's responsibility.
13.1.All questions, protests, and reports of problems must be sent through the organizer's contacts listed on the tournament page.
13.2.The tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts are the official communication channels. Agreements made in private messages without a referee are not valid.
