Get your five together and join. Team registration: the captain submits the application, lists the roster, and pays the entry fee for everyone. This is a PTS-based tournament: the starting roster's total PTS must not exceed 21.5. This mixes strong players with those still developing, so no team in the bracket consists entirely of top players.
Friday, October 30. Registration is open until 18:30 Bishkek time; the first matches start at 19:00. Double elimination: one loss does not eliminate a team; it continues in the lower bracket. Matches are Bo1, with MR12 maps and MR3 overtime. Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Vetoes and server assignments are automatic.
All matches are played on the platform's servers: statistics, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone can open their maps, check scores, damage, and clutches, and review demos in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.
The total PTS of the five players in the starting roster is calculated when the application is submitted; the substitute is not included. The site calculates it automatically: if the roster exceeds 21.5, you cannot submit the application—replace someone and try again. A total of exactly 21.5 is allowed. A substitute may play only if the roster with that player also meets the limit.
Five players with cybersport.kg accounts and linked Steam accounts, a team on the site, the captain's linked Telegram account, a paid entry fee, stable internet, and a free evening. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded for every map, and disputed situations will be reviewed after the match.
The entry fee is 600 KGS per person—3000 KGS per team, paid by the captain in one payment. Payment is made through О!Банк directly on the site: the captain clicks “Pay and submit application,” and the site displays a QR code with the exact amount. You can pay with any banking app in Kyrgyzstan. The amount may include tyiyn (for example, 2999.37): transfer the exact amount so the payment can be identified. The application appears in the list automatically a few seconds after payment; there is no need to send the receipt anywhere. The prize pool comes from entry fees and is split between the top two places: 60% for first, 30% for second. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes—they depend on how many teams have paid to participate.
The full rules are in the “Rules” tab. The essentials: play fair, treat people decently, and join the server on time—you have 10 minutes from when the match is assigned.
Questions: use the tournament chat or Telegram @xmvsx.
1.1.The tournament is run by the cybersport.kg platform in Counter-Strike 2.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Not knowing the rules does not exempt a participant from responsibility.
1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament starts by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of matches already played.
1.4.All disputes not covered by these rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. The decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a fixed result.
2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with a linked Steam account. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and results in removal from the tournament.
2.2.A Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Ban penalties for CS2, or cheating bans on third-party platforms imposed less than 2 years before the tournament.
2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
2.4.A player may be registered for only one team in a tournament, including as a substitute.
2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. False information results in removal from the tournament.
3.1.Team registration: the team captain submits the application on cybersport.kg and lists a starting roster of five players. One substitute may also be registered.
3.2.The total PTS of the five players in the starting roster must not exceed 21.5. A total of exactly 21.5 is allowed. The substitute's PTS is not included in the total.
3.3.The site calculates the total automatically using players' PTS at the time of application. An application exceeding the limit cannot be submitted.
3.4.A substitute may play only if the roster playing the map also has a total PTS of no more than 21.5. A violation results in a forfeit of the map.
3.5.Roster changes after registration closes are allowed only through the organizer and only if the limit is met.
3.6.Playing with a player not registered for the team is prohibited and results in a forfeit of the match.
4.1.The map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with a starting balance of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.
4.5.The match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The platform handles the veto; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.
5.1.Tactical pause: !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.
5.2.Technical pause: !tech. It may be used only for a genuine technical problem: a game crash, connection loss, equipment failure, or outside noise at the venue.
5.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per team per map. Once the limit is reached, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
5.4.Both teams must use !unpause to end a pause.
6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.
6.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.
6.3.If a round is played incorrectly because of a server or game failure, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback can go back no more than 3 rounds and requires the opponent's consent or a referee's decision.
6.4.A match interrupted due to a platform failure resumes from the point of interruption by restoring the round. A full map replay is ordered only by a referee's decision.
7.1.Any third-party programs that provide an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modifications to game files, and overlays displaying game information.
7.2.Exploiting map or game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walking, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosting is allowed.
7.3.Match fixing, intentional losses, and betting on your own matches are prohibited.
7.4.Sharing information about opponents' positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and screen access for verification. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.
7.6.Penalties for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without an entry fee refund and a platform ban lasting from 6 months to a lifetime.
8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and demo recordings are available on the match page.
8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends, through the organizer's contacts, stating the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.
8.3.Protests without evidence (a demo, screen recording, or screenshot) will not be considered.
8.4.Protests against decisions made by a referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round starts.
9.1.Participants must treat opponents, referees, spectators, and staff with respect.
9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hostility on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.
9.3.Spam and flooding in the in-game and tournament chats are prohibited.
9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.
10.1.Each participant is responsible for their equipment and connection. Problems on a participant's side are not grounds for a replay.
10.2.A stable connection with ping of up to 60 ms to the platform's servers and wired internet are recommended. Playing over mobile internet or a VPN is not recommended and does not entitle a participant to a replay.
10.3.Participants must remain reachable on the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.
10.4.Lateness: teams have 10 minutes to join the server from the time the match is assigned. A team that does not join in time forfeits the map; if it is more than 20 minutes late, it forfeits the match.
10.5.Participants are not required to record their screens, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen broadcast showing the monitor and hands.
10.6.Participants may stream with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is treated as ghosting.
12.1.The entry fee is 600 KGS per player, 3000 KGS per team, paid by the captain in one payment when submitting the application via the О!Банк QR code for the exact amount shown on the site. The application is confirmed once the payment is received.
12.2.The payment is automatically matched to the account by its amount, so you must transfer exactly the stated amount, including tyiyn, before the QR code expires. If payment succeeds but the application does not appear within 15 minutes, contact the organizer and attach the receipt.
12.3.The entry fee can be refunded only if the organizer cancels the tournament or the application is withdrawn before registration closes.
12.4.Entry fees are not refunded to participants removed for violating the rules.
12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is defined as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from team applications actually paid for and announced after registration closes.
12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the recipient's responsibility.
13.1.All questions, protests, and problem reports should be sent through the organizer's contacts listed on the tournament page.
13.2.The tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts are the official communication channels. Arrangements made in private messages without a referee are not valid.
