cybersport.kg LAN mix at the «Kaganat» computer club — a non-pro tournament.
Players with a PTS rating from 1 to 4 are eligible to participate. PTS classes 5 and 6 do not play: their application will not be accepted, and they will not enter the pool. Verification is automatic — the platform checks your PTS at the time of application.
Registration is individual: each player submits their own application. Rosters are formed on-site through a draft: the organizer appoints captains, and they take turns picking players from the general pool — live, in front of everyone. No pre-assembled five-player teams.
Gathering at the club starts at 10:00, with games starting at 10:30. The draft takes place on the tournament page, followed by a double elimination bracket: to be eliminated, a team must lose twice.
Map format — MR12, overtime MR3. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server configuration are automatic.
All matches are played on the platform's servers: statistics, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.
The entry fee is 600 KGS per player. The prize pool is formed from entry fees and divided among the winners: 50% for first place, 30% for second place. Exact amounts will be announced after registration closes — they depend on how many people have paid for participation.
A cybersport.kg account with linked Steam and a paid entry fee. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club, but you can and should bring your own mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Arrive by 10:00: you will have time to set up your station and will not have to rush before the first map.
Those who are not drafted into a roster go to the reserve. The reserve does not disperse: if someone drops out, a replacement comes from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.
The full rules are in the «Rules» tab. In short: play fairly, behave respectfully; penalties apply for hitting the table and swearing loud enough for the whole club to hear, while physical assault results in a ban. The club is hosting us, so behave accordingly.
Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer. See you at «Kaganat».
1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline in LAN format at the «Kaganat» computer club on October 4, 2026. Games start at 10:30, and participants gather from 10:00.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt participants from liability.
1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively alter the result of completed matches.
1.4.All disputed situations not covered by these rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may refuse participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a match result.
2.1.This is a non-pro tournament: players with a personal PTS rating from 1 to 4 inclusive are eligible to participate.
2.2.Players in PTS classes 5 and 6 are not eligible for the tournament. An application from such a player will not be accepted by the platform.
2.3.Eligibility is checked based on PTS at the time of application. If a player's rating rises above 4 before the tournament starts, the organizer may remove the application and refund the entry fee.
2.4.Attempts to bypass eligibility requirements — playing on another person's account, transferring an account, intentionally lowering one's rating — are punished by removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a platform ban.
2.5.The restriction is individual, not team-based: there is no total rating limit for a roster here, as all participants are already within the 1–4 range.
3.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with linked Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punished by removal from the tournament.
3.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.
3.3.A nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
3.4.One player submits one application. A second application by the same person from another account results in both being removed without refunding the entry fee.
3.5.A participant must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.
4.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the general pool. Team size is 5 players.
4.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns selecting players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is round-robin; the queue and pick time are visible to everyone.
4.3.A captain has limited time for a pick (shown on the draft page). If the captain does not make a pick in time, the system selects a player automatically and the turn passes on. A pick missed due to time is not restored.
4.4.The captain determines the roster: the total rating limit per team does not apply in this mode.
4.5.Players who are not drafted into rosters are placed in the reserve. A replacement from the reserve is only possible through the organizer.
4.6.Refusing to play for the team that selected the player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee.
4.7.Agreements between captains on pre-assembled rosters («you take these players, I take those») are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is redone and the captains are removed.
5.1.The bracket is double elimination: a team is eliminated after its second loss. The upper and lower brackets meet in the grand final.
5.2.Team seeding in the bracket is determined by the organizer after the draft is completed.
5.3.All matches, including the grand final, are played as Bo1 unless the organizer announces otherwise before the stage begins.
5.4.The match schedule is announced on the tournament page. A team must be ready for a match from the moment it is assigned.
6.1.The map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
6.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting money of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
6.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner selects a side with the command !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
6.4.Server settings are set automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.
6.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
6.6.The tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The platform conducts the pick-ban; the step order depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.
7.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.
7.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be taken in case of a genuine technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.
7.3.The total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
7.4.A pause is ended with the !unpause command from both teams.
8.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.
8.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.
8.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game malfunction, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible for no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.
8.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is resumed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.
9.1.Any third-party programs providing an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs with in-game information.
9.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through non-penetrable surfaces, pixel-walks, and boosting on invisible objects. A regular boost on a player is allowed.
9.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
9.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
9.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.

10.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.
10.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends — through the organizer's contacts, stating the match number, round, and nature of the claim.

12.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 10:00 — before the draft begins. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled match time results in a technical loss on the map; more than 30 minutes late results in a technical loss of the match.
12.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) must be completed before the match starts. No setup time is provided after the knife round.
12.4.Phones must be removed from the desk during a match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside a match, it is allowed.
12.5.Talking is allowed only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside coaching.
12.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching gaming stations closer than two meters or coaching players. A violating spectator is removed from the venue.
12.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to the club's rules. A spilled drink on equipment must be compensated by the responsible person according to the club's price list.
