2nd place — DeepCool components.

3rd place — 8 cases of NITRO energy drinks.

FORMAT

5×5 team tournament with no PTS restrictions: assemble any roster, there is no class limit. A total of 16 teams — slots are filled in application submission order, then a waiting list.

Single Elimination bracket: one loss and the team is eliminated. A total of 16 matches, including the 3rd-place match. BO1 matches, BO3 final. MR12 map format, MR3 overtime. 1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform jointly with the ARKAN computer club in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.

1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively alter the results of completed matches.

1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a team from the tournament for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, and attempting to arrange match results.

1.6.Participation in the tournament is free.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with linked Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and is punishable by removal from the tournament.

RULES

Full rules — in the “Rules” tab. In short: play fair, respect opponents, referees, and the club.

Questions — in the tournament chat or by phone and WhatsApp +996 550 059 174.

2.2.A Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans in CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.A nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.A player may be registered for only one team within the tournament.

2.5.There are no PTS (player class) restrictions: rosters may be assembled freely.

3. REGISTRATION AND ROSTERS

3.1.The team captain submits the application on cybersport.kg. Roster: 5 main players and up to 2 substitutes.

3.2.The tournament features 16 teams. Slots are allocated in application submission order; applications exceeding the limit are placed on the waiting list and enter the tournament if a slot becomes available.

3.3.Registration closes on September 26 at 10:00 (Bishkek time). The roster is locked when registration closes; after that, substitutions are only possible through the organizer and only from among registered substitutes.

3.4.Withdrawing after registration closes or failing to appear without prior notice may be grounds for being denied participation in future platform tournaments.

3.5.Substitutions during a map series are prohibited: a player may only be changed between matches.

3.6.A player who has played at least one map for a team may not play for another team in this tournament.

3.7.A coach may be present, but may communicate with the team during a map only during tactical pauses and halftime side switches.

3.8.A team must play a match with at least four players. With three or fewer players, a technical loss is awarded.

4. TOURNAMENT AND MATCH FORMAT

4.1.The tournament is played in a Single Elimination bracket: the losing team is eliminated from the tournament after its first loss. The semifinal losers play a 3rd-place match.

4.2.All matches are played as BO1 (one map), with a BO3 final. The organizer may change the semifinals or the 3rd-place match to BO3 by announcing this before the tournament begins.

4.3.Team seeding is conducted by the organizer before the tournament starts.

4.4.Map format — MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins. At a score of 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with a starting $10,000; sides switch every 3 rounds; overtimes continue until a winner is determined.

4.5.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

4.6.Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Captains conduct the pick-ban on the match page; the order of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.

4.7.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.8.Placements: 1st — final winner, 2nd — final loser, 3rd — 3rd-place match winner, 4th — its loser. Teams eliminated in the quarterfinals share 5th–8th places, in the first round — 9th–16th places.

5. SCHEDULE

5.1.Tournament starts on September 26 at 11:00 (Bishkek time). There is no check-in on the website: applications confirmed by registration closing are placed in the bracket.

5.2.Teams must arrive at the club no later than 10:30. If a team is not complete by 11:00 (at least 4 players), the organizer may replace it with a team from the waiting list.

5.3.The time of subsequent matches is announced by the referee at the venue and in the tournament chat. A team must be ready for the match within 10 minutes of the announcement.

6. PAUSES

6.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.

6.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be taken in case of a genuine technical issue: game crash, connection loss, or equipment malfunction.

6.3.The total duration of technical pauses is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing.

6.4.Ending a pause — by the !unpause command from both teams.

7. DISCONNECTIONS AND RESTORATION

7.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.

7.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is allowed for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.

7.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server, club equipment, or game failure, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.

7.4.A match interrupted due to a technical issue at the venue or platform continues from the point of interruption. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.

8.3.Match-fixing, intentional losses, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

8.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

8.5.The organizer may inspect a player's station and request a demo recording and screen recordings. Refusal is considered an admission of violation.

8.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal of the team from the tournament, annulment of results and prizes, and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.

9. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

9.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.
