Description

Online cybersport.kg mix in the format of our LAN mixes at «Kaganat»: the same captain drafts, only playing from home.

You come alone — you leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and rosters are assembled through a draft on the tournament page. The organizer appoints captains, and they take turns picking players from the common pool. There are no PTS limits — neither per player nor for the total roster: the captain picks you because they want to play with you.

HOW IT WILL WORK

Saturday, September 19. At 13:00 Bishkek time, registration closes and the draft begins on the tournament page, followed immediately by the first matches. The draft order is a snake draft: one round from left to right, the next from right to left, so the advantage of the first pick does not accumulate. Double elimination bracket, Bo1 matches, MR12 map format, MR3 overtime. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server allocation are automatic.

All matches are played on the platform servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, check the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.

WHAT YOU NEED

A cybersport.kg account linked to Steam, a paid entry fee, stable internet, and a free evening. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded on every map, and disputed moments will be reviewed after the match. Be on the website by 12:00: the draft has a timer for each pick, and captains select from those who are present.

Anyone not selected into a roster during the draft goes into the reserve. If someone drops out, a replacement comes from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.

ENTRY FEE AND PRIZE MONEY

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively change the result of played matches.

1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may refuse participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a match result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account linked to Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.

Entry fee: 600 KGS. Online payment via Finik directly on the website: click «Pay and apply», pay via the link or QR code, and your application appears in the list immediately after the payment is credited. You do not need to send anything anywhere. The prize pool is formed from entry fees and split between the top two places: 50% for first place, 30% for second place. The exact amounts will be announced after registration closes — they depend on how many people have paid to participate.

RULES

The full rules are in the «Rules» tab. Briefly, the key points: play fairly, behave respectfully, and join the server on time — you have 10 minutes to join from the moment the match is issued.

Questions — in the tournament chat or Telegram @xmvsx.

The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans in CS2, nor cheating bans on third-party platforms issued less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.The nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.One player may be registered for only one team within a single tournament.

2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. False information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, CAPTAIN DRAFT)

3.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the common pool.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is a snake draft: one round from left to right, the next from right to left, and so on. Thus, the last captain in the round picks twice in a row, and the advantage of the first pick does not accumulate. The pick order and pick time are visible to everyone on the draft page.

3.3.A captain is given limited time for a pick (specified on the draft page). If the captain does not make it in time, the system selects a player automatically, and the pick passes on. A pick missed due to time is not restored.

3.4.The PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.

3.5.Players not selected into rosters are placed in the reserve. A replacement from the reserve is possible only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selected the player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee.

3.7.Agreements between captains on pre-arranged rosters («you take these players, I take those») are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is redone and the captains are removed.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At a score of 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using the !stay (stay) or !switch (switch) command.

4.4.Server settings are set automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may be taken only in case of an actual technical problem: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, external noise at the venue.

5.3.The total duration of technical pauses is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

5.4.Resuming from a pause requires the !unpause command from both teams.

6. DISCONNECTIONS AND RECOVERY

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.

6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player's return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the point of interruption through round recovery. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party software providing an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs with in-game information.

7.2.The use of map and game bugs is prohibited: leaving the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through impenetrable surfaces, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Regular boosting on a player is allowed.

7.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is considered an admission of violation.

7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the end of the match — through the organizer's contacts, indicating the match number, round, and the substance of the complaint.

8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during the match must be submitted immediately, before the start of the next round.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.

9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred based on nationality, religion, or any other grounds are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in the in-game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. ONLINE VENUE

10.1.Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and connection. Problems on the participant's side are not grounds for a replay.

10.2.A stable connection with ping up to 60 ms to the platform servers and wired internet are recommended. Playing via mobile internet and VPN is not recommended and does not grant the right to a replay.

10.3.A participant must remain reachable in the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.

10.4.Late arrival: 10 minutes are given to join the server from the moment the match is issued. A team that does not join in time receives a technical loss on the map; if late by more than 20 minutes — for the match.

10.5.Screen recording by a participant is not mandatory, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen stream showing the monitor and hands.

10.6.Participant streaming is allowed with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is equivalent to ghosting.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZE MONEY

12.1.The entry fee is specified on the tournament page and is paid online via Finik when submitting an application. An application is considered confirmed after the payment is credited.

12.2.The payment is linked to the account automatically. If the payment has gone through but the application does not appear within 15 minutes, contact the organizer with the payment number.

12.3.A refund of the entry fee is possible only if the tournament is canceled by the organizer or if the application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.The entry fee is not refunded to a participant removed for violating the rules.

12.5.Prize money is paid within 7 business days after the end of the tournament. If a prize is set as a share of the collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from actually paid entries and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are borne by the recipient.

13. CONTACT

13.1.All questions, protests, and problem reports must be sent through the organizer's contacts indicated on the tournament page.

13.2.The tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the specified contacts are considered the official communication channel. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
