Description

Online mix by cybersport.kg in the format of our LAN mixes at "Kaganat": the same captain drafts, only playing from home.

You come alone — you leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and rosters are assembled through a draft on the tournament page. The organizer appoints captains, and they take turns selecting players from the common pool. There are no PTS limits — neither per player nor for the total roster: a captain picks you because they want to play with you.

HOW IT WILL WORK

Friday, September 11. At 18:00 Bishkek time, registration closes and the draft begins on the tournament page, followed immediately by the first matches. Draft order is snake: one round left to right, the next right to left, so the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. Double elimination bracket, Bo1 matches, MR12 map format, MR3 overtime. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server allocation are automatic.

All matches are played on the platform servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.

WHAT YOU NEED

A cybersport.kg account with Steam linked, a paid entry fee, stable internet, and a free evening. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded on every map, and disputed situations will be reviewed after the match. Be on the website by 19:00: the draft has a timer for each pick, and captains choose from those who are present.

Those not selected to a roster during the draft go to the reserve. If someone drops out, a replacement comes in from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.

ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

Entry fee: 600 KGS. Payment by QR. Message Telegram @xmvsx — we will send a payment code; include your website nickname in the transfer comment, otherwise the payment cannot be identified. The prize pool is collected from entry fees and split between the top two places: 50% for first, 30% for second. Exact amounts will be announced after registration closes — they depend on how many people have paid for participation.

RULES

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the tournament begins, notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively change the result of matches already played.

1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may refuse participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, and attempting to arrange a match result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with Steam linked. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.

The full rules are in the "Rules" tab. Briefly, the main points: play fairly, behave respectfully, and join the server on time — you have 10 minutes to join from the moment the match is issued.

Questions — in the tournament chat or Telegram @xmvsx.

The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans in CS2, or cheating bans on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.The nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.One player may be registered for only one team within a single tournament.

2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, CAPTAIN DRAFT)

3.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the common pool.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns selecting players from the pool on the draft page. Draft order is snake: one round left to right, the next right to left, and so on. This way, the last captain of a round picks twice in a row, and the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. The pick order and pick time are visible to everyone on the draft page.

3.3.A captain has limited time for a pick (specified on the draft page). If the captain does not make it in time, the system selects a player automatically, and the pick passes on. A pick missed due to time is not restored.

3.4.The PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.

3.5.Players not selected to rosters are placed in the reserve. A replacement from the reserve is possible only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusal to play for the team that selected the player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.

3.7.Agreements between captains on pre-arranged rosters ("you take these, I take these") are prohibited. If collusion is identified, the draft is redone and the captains are removed.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side with the !stay (stay) or !switch (switch) command.

4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be taken in case of a real technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.

5.3.Total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

5.4.Resuming from a pause — with the !unpause command from both teams.

6. DISCONNECTIONS AND RESTORATION

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.

6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party programs that provide an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs with game information.

7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: leaving the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through bulletproof surfaces, pixel-walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosts are allowed.

7.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.

7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the end of the match — through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and the nature of the complaint.

8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during the match must be submitted immediately, before the start of the next round.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.

9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hostility based on nationality, religion, or any other grounds are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in the game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. ONLINE PLATFORM

10.1.Each participant is responsible for their equipment and connection. Problems on the participant's side are not grounds for a replay.

10.2.A stable connection with ping up to 60 ms to the platform servers and wired internet are recommended. Playing via mobile internet and VPN is not recommended and does not entitle a participant to a replay.

10.3.A participant must be reachable in the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.

10.4.Late arrival: teams have 10 minutes to join the server from the moment the match is issued. A team that does not join in time receives a technical loss on the map; if late by more than 20 minutes — for the match.

10.5.Screen recording by a participant is not mandatory, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen stream showing the monitor and hands.

10.6.Participant streaming is allowed with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without delay is equivalent to ghosting.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

12.1.The participation fee and payment details are indicated on the tournament page. An application is considered confirmed after the organizer accepts the payment.

12.2.Your platform nickname must be included with the transfer. Without it, the payment cannot be identified.

12.3.A refund of the entry fee is possible only if the tournament is cancelled by the organizer or if the application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.The entry fee is not refunded to a participant removed for violating the rules.

12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the end of the tournament. If a prize is set as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from actually paid participations and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

13. CONTACT

13.1.All questions, protests, and reports of problems — through the organizer's contacts indicated on the tournament page.

13.2.The official communication channel is the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the indicated contacts. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
