Description

LAN mix by cybersport.kg — at the «Каганат» computer club. Open to everyone: no rating restrictions.

You come alone — you leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and rosters are assembled on site through a draft. The organizer appoints captains, who take turns picking players from the common pool — like in a real draft, live, in front of everyone. There is no team point total limit here: the captain looks at you and picks you because they want to play with you.

HOW IT WILL WORK

We gather at the club, assemble rosters through a draft on the tournament page, and play the bracket. Map format is MR12, overtime MR3. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server settings are automatic — no “let's play Dust”.

All matches are played on the platform's servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.

WHAT YOU NEED

A cybersport.kg account linked to Steam, a paid entry fee, and a good mood. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club, but you can and should bring your own mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Arrive 30 minutes before the start: you will have enough time to set up your station and will not have to rush before the first map.

Anyone not selected for a roster during the draft goes into the reserve. The reserve does not leave: if someone drops out, a replacement comes in from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.

PRIZES

The prize pool is collected from participant entry fees and divided among the prize winners: 50% for first place, 30% for second. The exact amounts will be announced after registration closes — they depend on how many people ultimately paid for participation.

RULES

The full rulebook is in the “Rules” tab. In short: play fair, behave decently; penalties are imposed for hitting the table and swearing loud enough for the entire club, while physical violence results in a ban. The club is hosting us as guests, and you should behave accordingly.

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt one from liability.

1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the start of the tournament by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively alter the result of played matches.

1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a match result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account linked to Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.

Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer. See you at «Каганат».

The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans in CS2, or cheating bans on third-party platforms issued less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.A nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.One player may be registered for only one team within the same tournament.

2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, CAPTAIN DRAFT)

3.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the common pool.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is round-robin; the queue and pick time are visible to everyone.

3.3.A captain has limited time for their pick (specified on the draft page). If the captain does not make it in time, the system selects a player automatically and the turn passes on. A time-expired pick is not restored.

3.4.The PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster, and there is no team point total limit.

3.5.Players not selected for rosters are placed in the reserve. A substitution from the reserve is possible only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selected the player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.

3.7.Agreements between captains on pre-arranged rosters (“you take these players, I take those”) are prohibited. If collusion is identified, the draft is replayed and the captains are removed.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At a score of 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with starting money of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using the command !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be taken in case of an actual technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.

5.3.Total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue the game or use a tactical pause.

5.4.A pause is lifted with the command !unpause from both teams.

6. DISCONNECTIONS AND RESTORATION

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.

6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback applies: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party programs providing an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs containing game information.

7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: leaving the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through bulletproof surfaces, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Regular boosting on a player is allowed.

7.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.

7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without refund of the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the end of the match — through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during the match must be submitted immediately, before the start of the next round.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.

9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. LAN VENUE

10.1.The tournament takes place at the organizer's venue. Equipment is provided by the venue. Personal peripherals are allowed: mouse, keyboard, headphones, mousepad. Connecting personal system units, storage devices, and network equipment is prohibited.

10.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the start of their match. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time results in a technical loss for the map; more than 30 minutes, for the match.

10.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) is performed before the match starts. No setup time is provided after the knife round.

10.4.Phones must be removed from the desk for the duration of the match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside a match, it is allowed freely.

10.5.Talking is allowed only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside assistance.

10.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching gaming stations closer than two meters and from assisting players. A spectator who violates this rule will be removed from the venue.

10.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to club rules. A drink spilled on equipment must be compensated by the responsible person according to the club price list.

10.8.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed at the venue. A participant under the influence will not be admitted to matches, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

11. DISCIPLINE AT THE VENUE

11.1.Hitting the table, throwing peripherals, or damaging property — a fine of 500 KGS and a warning. Any damage caused is compensated separately according to the club price list.

11.2.Profanity loud enough for the entire club: first violation — a fine of 500 KGS, second — 1000 KGS, third — removal from the tournament and a platform ban.

11.3.Physical violence, fighting, or threat of physical harm — immediate removal from the tournament without refund of the entry fee and a 2-month platform ban. In case of serious consequences — a permanent ban and a report to the police.

11.4.The fine is paid on site. Until payment, the team will not be admitted to the next match; non-payment is equivalent to refusal to continue in the tournament.

11.5.The referee may issue a verbal warning for any conduct that interferes with other participants, even if it is not explicitly described above. Two verbal warnings result in a fine of 500 KGS.

11.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and published in the tournament chat after the match.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

12.1.The entry fee and payment details are specified on the tournament page. An application is considered confirmed once the organizer has accepted the payment.

12.2.When making a transfer, it is mandatory to specify your platform nickname. Without it, the payment cannot be identified.

12.3.An entry fee refund is possible only if the tournament is cancelled by the organizer or if the application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.A participant removed for violating the rules will not receive an entry fee refund.

12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If the prize is set as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from actually paid entries and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are borne by the recipient.

13. COMMUNICATION

13.1.All questions, protests, and reports of issues must be sent through the organizer's contacts specified on the tournament page.

13.2.The official communication channels are the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the specified contacts. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
