The third cybersport.kg LAN mix — once again at the Kaganat computer club.
You arrive alone — you leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and rosters are assembled on-site through a draft. The organizer appoints captains, and they take turns picking players from the general pool — live, in front of everyone. Rating and points do not matter: the captain looks at you and picks you because they want to play with you.
We gather at the club, assemble rosters through a draft on the tournament page, and play a double elimination bracket. The draft order is snake: one round left to right, the next right to left, so the advantage of the first pick does not accumulate. Maps are MR12, overtime is MR3. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server configuration are automatic — no “let's play Dust”.
All matches are played on the platform's servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.
A cybersport.kg account with linked Steam, a paid entry fee, and a good mood. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club, but you can and should bring your own mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Arrive 30 minutes before the start: you will have time to set up your station and will not have to rush before the first map.
Those not picked into a roster during the draft go to the reserve. The reserve does not leave: if someone drops out, a substitute comes in from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.
The prize pool is formed from participants' entry fees and divided among the top three: 50% for first place, 30% for second place. Exact amounts will be announced after registration closes — they depend on how many people ultimately paid for participation.
The full regulations are available in the “Regulations” tab. Briefly, the main points: play fair, behave respectfully; penalties apply for hitting the table and swearing across the entire club, while physical assault results in a ban. The club is hosting us as guests, and we should behave accordingly.
1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to these regulations. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt one from responsibility.
1.3.The organizer may amend the regulations before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are allowed only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively alter the result of matches already played.
1.4.All disputed situations not covered by these regulations are decided by the tournament head referee. Their decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violation of the regulations, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, and attempts to arrange a match result.
2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with linked Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and is punishable by removal from the tournament.
2.2.
Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer. See you at Kaganat.
2.3.A nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
2.4.One player may be registered for only one team within a single tournament.
2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.
3.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the general pool.
3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is snake: one round left to right, the next right to left, and so on. Thus, the last captain in a round picks twice in a row, and the advantage of the first pick does not accumulate. The pick order and pick timer are visible to everyone on the draft page.
3.3.A captain has limited time for a pick (indicated on the draft page). If the captain does not make a pick in time, the system selects a player automatically, and the turn moves on. A pick missed due to time is not restored.
3.4.The PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.
3.5.Players not selected into rosters are placed in the reserve. A substitute from the reserve may be brought in only through the organizer.
3.6.Refusal to play for the team that selected a player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.
3.7.Agreements between captains regarding pre-arranged rosters (“you take these players, I take those”) are prohibited. If collusion is detected, the draft is replayed and the captains are removed.
4.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
4.2.At 12:12, an MR3 overtime is played with starting $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner selects a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
4.4.Server settings are set automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants.
4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
4.6.The tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.
5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.
5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be taken in case of a genuine technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.
5.3.The total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
5.4.A pause is lifted using !unpause by both teams.
6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.
6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.
6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.
6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.
7.1.Any third-party software providing an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs with game information.
7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through impenetrable surfaces, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Regular boosting on a player is allowed.
7.3.Arranged matches, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.
7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without refund of the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.
8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.
8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the end of the match — through the organizer's contacts, stating the match number, round, and the nature of the complaint.
8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.
8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the start of the next round.
9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.
9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred based on nationality, religion, or any other grounds are prohibited.
9.3.Spam and flooding in game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.
9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.
10.1.The tournament takes place at the organizer's venue. Equipment is provided by the venue. Personal peripherals are allowed: mouse, keyboard, headphones, mousepad. Connecting personal system units, storage devices, and network equipment is prohibited.
10.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the start of their match. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time results in a technical loss for the map; more than 30 minutes results in a technical loss for the match.
10.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) is performed before the start of the match. No setup time is provided after the knife round.
10.4.Phones must be removed from the desk for the duration of the match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside a match — unrestricted.
10.5.Talking is allowed only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside coaching.
10.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching gaming stations closer than two meters and from giving players advice. A violating spectator is removed from the venue.
10.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to club rules. A drink spilled on equipment must be reimbursed by the responsible person according to the club's price list.
10.8.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed at the venue. A participant under the influence will not be admitted to matches and the entry fee will not be refunded.
11.1.Hitting the table, throwing peripherals, or damaging property — a 500 KGS fine and a warning. Any damage caused is reimbursed separately according to the club's price list.
11.2.Profanity heard across the entire club: first violation — a 500 KGS fine, second — 1000 KGS, third — removal from the tournament and a platform ban.
11.3.Physical assault, fighting, or threats of physical violence — immediate removal from the tournament without refund of the entry fee and a 2-month platform ban. In case of serious consequences — a permanent ban and referral to the police.
11.4.The fine must be paid on-site. Until payment, the team will not be admitted to the next match; non-payment is equivalent to refusing to continue in the tournament.
11.5.The referee may issue a verbal warning for any behavior that interferes with other participants, even if it is not expressly described above. Two verbal warnings result in a 500 KGS fine.
11.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and published in the tournament chat after the match.
12.1.The entry fee and payment details are listed on the tournament page. An application is considered confirmed after the organizer has accepted the payment.
12.2.When transferring payment, it is mandatory to include your platform nickname. Without it, the payment cannot be identified.
12.3.An entry fee refund is possible only if the organizer cancels the tournament or if an application is withdrawn before registration closes.
12.4.A participant removed for violating the regulations will not receive an entry fee refund.
12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is set as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated based on actually paid entries and announced after registration closes.
12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are borne by the recipient.
13.1.All questions, protests, and reports of issues — through the organizer's contacts listed on the tournament page.
13.2.The official communication channel is the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
