Description

cybersport.kg team LAN tournament at the "Kaganat" computer club. The same class-based format as "Kaganat Class Lan", but with one mandatory condition: a female player must play in the starting lineup.

ROSTER

Four male players and one female player — five players on the map. The combined classes of the starting lineup must not exceed 21, just like at the previous team tournament: assembling a roster of the five strongest players will not work. There may be more female players on the roster — the restriction only sets a minimum.

Important: the female player from the starting lineup must actually play on the map. If she is not at the venue, the team plays with four players — she cannot be replaced by a male player. Therefore, if there is only one female player on the roster, it is worth registering a female substitute as well.

HOW IT WILL WORK

The captain of an existing team submits the application: five starters and up to two substitutes. We gather at the club and play a double elimination bracket — one loss does not eliminate a team. Map format MR12, overtime MR3. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Captains handle pick-bans themselves on the match page; servers are assigned automatically.

All matches are played on the platform servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.

ABOUT CLASSES

Classes are assigned by organizers based on your games on the platform — matchmaking and tournaments. You can view yours and other players' classes on the rating page, in the PTS tab. If there is no class, the team will not be allowed into the tournament: the limit would be calculated incorrectly. Ask an organizer to assess you in advance, not on the tournament day.

ENTRY FEE

The entry fee is calculated based on the classes of the starting lineup: each player has their own amount according to their PTS; substitutes do not pay. It is paid once per team.

WHAT YOU NEED

A cybersport.kg account with linked Steam for every roster player, the team entry fee paid, and a good mood. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club, but you can and should bring your own mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Arrive 30 minutes before the start.

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the tournament begins, notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively change the result of played matches.

1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with linked Steam. Playing on another person's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans in CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

PRIZE MONEY

The prize pool is formed from team entry fees: 50% for first place, 30% for second place. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes — they depend on how many teams have paid for participation.

RULES

The full rulebook is in the "Rules" tab. Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer. See you at "Kaganat".

2.3.A nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.One player may be registered for only one team within a single tournament.

2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS, MIXED ROSTER, AND PLAYER CLASSES

3.1.The captain of an existing team submits the application. Roster: 5 starters and up to 2 substitutes.

3.2.The roster is locked when registration closes. After that, substitutions are possible only through the organizer and only from the registered substitutes.

3.3.Substitution during a map series is prohibited: a player may only be changed between matches.

3.4.A player who has played at least one map for a team may not play for another team in this tournament.

3.5.A coach may be present, but may communicate with the team during a map only in tactical timeouts and during the halftime side switch.

3.6.A team must field at least four players for a match. Playing with four is allowed, but five versus three is not: with three or fewer players, a technical loss is awarded.

3.7.This is a mixed-roster tournament. The starting lineup must include at least one female player: four male players and one female player. A roster without a female player is not eligible for the tournament.

3.8.The rule applies not only on paper. A female player from the starting lineup plays on the map on equal terms with everyone. If she is not at the venue, the team plays with four players — she cannot be replaced by a player of another gender; if one more player is absent, a technical loss is awarded under clause 3.6.

3.9.A substitute must not violate the roster requirement: a female player replaces a female player on the map. Therefore, a team with exactly one female player in its starting lineup should register a female substitute as well.

3.10.A team may register more than one female player — the restriction only sets a minimum. A roster of five female players does not contradict the rules.

3.11.The tournament is class-based. Each platform player is assigned a class — PTS, an assessment of their skill level. It is assigned by the organizers and cybersport.kg administration based on matches on the platform servers: matchmaking, tournaments, map statistics, and rating. The current classes of all players are available on the rating page, in the PTS tab.

3.12.The total PTS of the starting lineup may not exceed 21. Substitutes and the coach are not included in the total, but they must also have a class assigned: a substitute may enter as a replacement, and the coach gets server access.

3.13.A team where at least one participant has no class assigned is not eligible for the tournament: the limit would be calculated incorrectly. Request an assessment in advance, before registration closes, not on the tournament day.

3.14.The class is locked when registration closes. A class review during the tournament does not affect an already submitted application — otherwise, the bracket would change retroactively.

3.15.Attempting to lower a class: playing on another person's account, intentionally playing poorly to lower the assessment, collusion to bypass the limit — removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a review of the entire team's classes.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Map format — MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At 12:12, an MR3 overtime is played with starting $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, the next overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner selects a side with !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may only be used for an actual technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.

5.3.The total duration of technical pauses may not exceed 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

5.4.Resuming a pause — !unpause command from both teams.

6. DISCONNECTIONS AND RESTORATION

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.

6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete lineup.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is replayed from the interruption point through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party software that provides an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, game file modification, and overlay programs with game information.

7.2.Using map and game bugs is prohibited: leaving map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through non-penetrable surfaces, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Regular player boosting is allowed.

7.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.

7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.The match result is recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the end of the match — through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.

9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hostility based on nationality, religion, or any other grounds are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. LAN VENUE

10.1.The tournament takes place at the organizer's venue. Equipment is provided by the venue. Personal peripherals are allowed: mouse, keyboard, headphones, mousepad. Connecting personal system units, storage devices, and network equipment is prohibited.

10.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the start of their match. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time results in a technical loss on the map; more than 30 minutes late results in a technical loss of the match.

10.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) must be completed before the match starts. No setup time is provided after the knife round.

10.4.Phones must be removed from the desk for the duration of the match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside the match — unrestricted.

10.5.Talking is permitted only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside prompts.

10.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching gaming stations closer than two meters or giving players advice. A spectator who violates this rule is removed from the venue.

10.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to club rules. A drink spilled on equipment must be reimbursed by the person at fault according to the club price list.

10.8.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed at the venue. A participant under the influence will not be admitted to matches; the entry fee is not refunded.

11. DISCIPLINE AT THE VENUE

11.1.Hitting the table, throwing peripherals, or damaging property — a 500 KGS fine and a warning. Any damage caused is compensated separately according to the club price list.

11.2.Profanity heard throughout the club: first violation — 500 KGS fine, second — 1000 KGS, third — removal from the tournament and a platform ban.

11.3.Physical assault, fighting, or threats of physical violence — immediate removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a 2-month platform ban. In case of serious consequences — a permanent ban and referral to the police.

11.4.The fine is paid on site. Until payment, the team is not allowed into the next match; non-payment is equivalent to refusing to continue in the tournament.

11.5.The referee may issue a verbal warning for any behavior that interferes with other participants, even if it is not explicitly described above. Two verbal warnings — a 500 KGS fine.

11.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and published in the tournament chat after the match.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZE MONEY

12.1.The participation fee and payment details are listed on the tournament page. The entry fee is calculated based on the classes of the starting lineup: each player has their own amount according to their PTS; substitutes do not pay. It is paid once per team. An application is considered confirmed after the organizer has accepted the payment.

12.2.When making a transfer, you must specify your platform nickname. Without it, the payment cannot be identified.

12.3.The entry fee can only be refunded if the organizer cancels the tournament or if the application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.The entry fee is not refunded to a participant removed for violating the rules.

12.5.Prize money is paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is set as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from actually paid participations and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are borne by the recipient.

13. COMMUNICATION

13.1.All questions, protests, and reports of issues must be sent through the organizer's contacts listed on the tournament page.

13.2.The official communication channel is the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
