Description

LAN mix by cybersport.kg — at the "The Game" computer club.

You come alone — you leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and rosters are assembled on-site through a draft. The organizer appoints captains, and they take turns picking players from the common pool — like in a real draft, live, in front of everyone. Rating and points have nothing to do with it: the captain looks at you and picks you because they want to play with you.

HOW IT WILL WORK

We gather at the club, draft rosters on the tournament page, and play the bracket. Map format is MR12, overtime is MR3. Pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server settings are automatic, no "let's play Dust".

All matches are played on the platform servers: statistics, demos, and rating are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone will be able to open their maps, view the score, damage, clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer.

WHAT YOU NEED

A cybersport.kg account with Steam linked, a paid entry fee, and a good mood. PCs and peripherals are provided by the club, but you can and should bring your own mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Arrive 30 minutes before the start: you will have time to set up your station and won't have to rush before the first map.

Those who are not drafted into a roster go to the reserve. The reserve does not leave: if someone drops out, a substitute comes in from the reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.

PRIZES

The prize pool is formed from participant entry fees and divided among the top three: 60% for first place, 30% for second, and 10% for third. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes — they depend on how many people ultimately paid for participation.

RULES

The full rules are in the "Rules" tab. Briefly, the key points: play fair, behave decently, penalties are provided for hitting the table and swearing throughout the club, and physical violence results in a ban. The club is hosting us as guests, and we should behave accordingly.

Questions — in the tournament chat or to the organizer. See you at "The Game".

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is organized by the cybersport.kg platform in the Counter-Strike 2 discipline.

1.2.By registering, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may amend the rules before the start of the tournament by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively change the outcome of played matches.

1.4.All disputed situations not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with Steam linked. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and is punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.

The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans in CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.A nickname must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.A player may be registered for only one team within a single tournament.

2.5.A participant must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, DRAFT BY CAPTAINS)

3.1.Registration is individual: players submit applications to the common pool.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is round-robin; the queue and pick time are visible to everyone.

3.3.A captain is given limited time for a pick (specified on the draft page). If the captain does not make it in time, the system selects a player automatically and the pick moves on. A pick missed due to time is not restored.

3.4.PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.

3.5.Players not selected into rosters are placed in the reserve. A substitute from the reserve may be used only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusal to play for the team that selected the player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.

3.7.Agreements between captains on pre-arranged rosters ("you pick these players, I pick those") are prohibited. If collusion is detected, the draft is redone and the captains are removed.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At 12:12, an MR3 overtime is played with starting money of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side with the !stay (stay) or !switch (switch) command.

4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. The pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Three 30-second pauses per map for each team, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause — !tech. May only be taken in case of a genuine technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or external noise at the venue.

5.3.Total technical pause time is no more than 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

5.4.A pause is ended with the !unpause command from both teams.

6. DISCONNECTIONS AND RECOVERY

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately take a technical pause.

6.2.A total of 10 minutes per map is given for the player to return. If the player does not return, the team plays shorthanded.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is applied: !backup <round number> with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible no more than 3 rounds back and only with the opponent's consent or by the referee's decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to the platform's fault is resumed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is assigned only by the referee's decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party programs providing an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modification of game files, and overlay programs with game information.

7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through impenetrable surfaces, pixel walks, and boosts on invisible objects. Regular boosting on a player is allowed.

7.3.Match-fixing, intentional losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Revealing information about opponent positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is equivalent to admitting a violation.

7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a platform ban from 6 months to permanent.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends — through the organizer's contacts, stating the match number, round, and the essence of the claim.

8.3.A protest without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during the match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.

9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hostility on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. LAN VENUE

10.1.The tournament takes place at the organizer's venue. Equipment is provided by the venue. Personal peripherals are allowed: mouse, keyboard, headphones, mousepad. Connecting personal system units, storage devices, and network equipment is prohibited.

10.2.A participant must arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the start of their match. Being more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time results in a map forfeit; more than 30 minutes results in a match forfeit.

10.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) is performed before the match starts. After the knife round, no time is allocated for setup.

10.4.Phones must be removed from the desk for the duration of the match. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside the match it is unrestricted.

10.5.Talking is permitted only with one's own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside advice.

10.6.Spectators are prohibited from approaching gaming stations closer than two meters or giving advice to players. A violating spectator will be removed from the venue.

10.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to club rules. A drink spilled on equipment must be compensated by the responsible person according to the club's price list.

10.8.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed at the venue. A participant under the influence will not be admitted to matches, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

11. DISCIPLINE AT THE VENUE

11.1.Hitting the table, throwing peripherals, or damaging property — a 500 KGS fine and a warning. Any damage caused is compensated separately according to the club's price list.

11.2.Profanity heard throughout the club: first violation — a 500 KGS fine, second — 1000 KGS, third — removal from the tournament and a platform ban.

11.3.Physical violence, fighting, or threat of physical harm — immediate removal from the tournament without refunding the entry fee and a 2-month platform ban. In case of serious consequences — a permanent ban and a report to the police.

11.4.The fine is paid on site. Until payment, the team is not admitted to the next match; non-payment is equivalent to refusal to continue in the tournament.

11.5.The referee may issue an oral warning for any behavior that interferes with other participants, even if it is not expressly described above. Two oral warnings — a 500 KGS fine.

11.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and published in the tournament chat after the match.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

12.1.The participation entry fee and payment details are specified on the tournament page. An application is considered confirmed after the organizer accepts payment.

12.2.When transferring payment, it is mandatory to indicate your platform nickname. Without it, the payment cannot be identified.

12.3.A refund of the entry fee is possible only if the organizer cancels the tournament or if the application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.Entry fees are not refunded to participants removed for violating the rules.

12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is set as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from actually paid entries and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are borne by the recipient.

13. COMMUNICATION

13.1.All questions, protests, and reports of issues must be submitted through the organizer's contacts listed on the tournament page.

13.2.The official communication channel is the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the specified contacts. Agreements in private messages without a referee have no force.
