Questions — Telegram @xmvsx.
1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in Counter-Strike 2.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt a participant from responsibility.
1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of completed matches.
1.4.Any disputes not covered by these rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a fixed result.
2.1.Participants must have a cybersport.kg account with a linked Steam account. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and results in removal from the tournament.
2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Ban restrictions for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms issued less than 2 years before the tournament.
2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
2.4.A player may be registered for only one team in a tournament.
2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.
3.1.Registration is individual: players apply to a common pool.
3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns selecting players from the pool on the draft page. Picks follow a snake order: one round from left to right, the next from right to left, and so on. This gives the last captain in a round two consecutive picks, so the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. The pick order and time limit are visible to everyone on the draft page.
3.3.Captains have a limited time for each pick (shown on the draft page). If a captain runs out of time, the system automatically selects a player and the turn passes on. A timed-out pick cannot be reclaimed.
3.4.PTS rating does not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.
3.5.Players not drafted into rosters are placed in reserve. A substitute from the reserve may be added only through the organizer.
3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selects a player is grounds for removal from the tournament without an entry-fee refund.
3.7.Agreements between captains on predetermined rosters ("you take these players, I'll take those") are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is redone and the captains are disqualified.
4.1.Map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with $10,000 starting money. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.
4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is conducted by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.
5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.
5.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may be taken only for a genuine technical issue: game crash, connection loss, equipment failure, or external noise at the venue.
5.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
5.4.To end a pause, both teams use !unpause.
6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.
6.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.
6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback of no more than 3 rounds is possible only with the opponent's consent or by referee decision.
6.4.A match interrupted due to a platform fault is resumed from the point of interruption by restoring the round. A full map replay is ordered only by referee decision.
7.1.Any third-party software that provides an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modifications to game files, and overlays displaying game information.
7.2.Exploiting map or game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosts are allowed.
7.3.Match fixing, intentionally losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
7.4.Revealing information about opponents' positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and screen access for verification. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.
7.6.Penalty for violating this section: removal from the tournament without an entry-fee refund and a platform ban ranging from 6 months to permanent.
8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.
8.2.A captain must submit a protest no later than 30 minutes after the match ends through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.
8.3.Protests without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.
8.4.Protests against decisions made by the referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.
9.1.Participants must treat opponents, referees, spectators, and staff with respect.
9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.
9.3.Spam and flooding in the game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.
9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.
10.1.Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and connection. Issues on a participant's side are not grounds for a replay.
10.2.A stable connection with ping of up to 60 ms to platform servers and wired internet are recommended. Playing over mobile internet or a VPN is not recommended and does not entitle a participant to a replay.
10.3.Participants must be reachable on the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.
10.4.Lateness: teams have 10 minutes to join the server after a match is assigned. A team that fails to join on time receives a forfeit loss for the map; if more than 20 minutes late, for the match.
10.5.Participants are not required to record their screens, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen broadcast showing the monitor and hands.
10.6.Participants may stream with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is treated as ghosting.
12.1.The entry fee is listed on the tournament page and paid by transfer via QR code (recipient xmvsx, +996 707 537 429). Include your cybersport.kg nickname in the transfer comment.
12.2.The organizer confirms an application after verifying the transfer. If payment went through but the application has not been confirmed within an hour, contact the organizer on Telegram @xmvsx.
12.3.The entry fee is refundable only if the organizer cancels the tournament or the application is withdrawn before registration closes.
12.4.A participant removed for violating the rules does not receive an entry-fee refund.
12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is defined as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from entries actually paid and announced after registration closes.
12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the recipient's responsibility.
13.1.Direct all questions, protests, and reports of issues to the organizer using the contacts listed on the tournament page.
13.2.The tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts are the official communication channels. Agreements in private messages without a referee are not valid.
