An online cybersport.kg mix in the format of our LAN mixes at «Каганат»: the same captain drafts, except we play from home.
Come alone, leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player applies for themselves, and rosters are assembled through a draft on the tournament page. The organizer appoints captains, who take turns picking players from the shared pool. There are no PTS limits, either per player or for the total roster: a captain picks you because they want to play with you.
Wednesday, October 28. Registration closes at 18:00 Bishkek time, and the draft begins on the tournament page; the first matches start at 18:30. The draft uses a snake order: one round goes left to right, the next right to left, so the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. Double elimination bracket, Bo1 matches, MR12 map format, MR3 overtime. Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server assignment are automatic.
All matches are played on platform servers: stats, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone can open their maps, check scores, damage, and clutches, and review demos in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.
A cybersport.kg account linked to Steam, a paid entry fee, a stable internet connection, and a free evening. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded on every map, and disputed incidents will be reviewed after the match. Be on the site by 18:00: draft picks have a timer, and captains choose from players who are present.
Players not drafted onto a roster go into reserve. If someone drops out, a substitute comes from reserve, so everyone has a chance to play.
The entry fee is 600 KGS per person. Pay through О!Банк directly on the site: click “Pay and Apply,” and the site displays a QR code with the exact amount, payable through any Kyrgyzstan banking app. The amount may include tyiyns (for example, 599.37): transfer exactly that amount, as it is used to identify the payment. Your application appears in the list automatically a few seconds after payment; there is no need to send the receipt anywhere. The prize pool is funded by entry fees and split between the top two places: 60% for first, 30% for second. Exact amounts will be announced after registration closes; they depend on how many people have paid to participate.
The full rules are in the “Rules” tab. The essentials: play fair, treat others decently, and join the server on time—you have 10 minutes from match assignment to connect.
Questions: use the tournament chat or Telegram @xmvsx.
1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in Counter-Strike 2.
1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Not knowing the rules does not exempt a participant from responsibility.
1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament starts by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of completed matches.
1.4.All disputes not covered by these rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. The decision is final.
1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a predetermined result.
2.1.Participants must have a cybersport.kg account linked to Steam. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and results in removal from the tournament.
2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.
2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.
2.4.A player may be registered for only one team in a tournament.
2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.
3.1.Registration is individual: players apply to a shared pool.
3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns selecting players from the pool on the draft page. Picks follow a snake order: one round goes left to right, the next right to left, and so on. This gives the last captain in a round two consecutive picks and prevents the first-pick advantage from accumulating. The pick order and pick timer are visible to everyone on the draft page.
3.3.Captains have a limited time to make each pick (shown on the draft page). If a captain runs out of time, the system selects a player automatically and the turn passes on. A timed-out pick cannot be reclaimed.
3.4.PTS ratings do not apply in this mode: the captain determines the roster.
3.5.Players not drafted onto rosters are placed in reserve. Substitutions from reserve are possible only through the organizer.
3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selects a player is equivalent to withdrawal from the tournament without an entry-fee refund.
3.7.Agreements between captains to draft predetermined rosters (“you take these players, I'll take those”) are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is restarted and the captains are removed.
4.1.The map format is MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.
4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with a starting balance of $10,000. Teams switch sides every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.
4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).
4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.
4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.
4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is handled by the platform; the sequence of steps depends on the series format and is displayed to participants on screen.
5.1.Tactical pause: !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.
5.2.Technical pause: !tech. It may be used only for an actual technical issue: a game crash, connection loss, equipment failure, or external noise at the venue.
5.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is exhausted, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.
5.4.To end a pause, both teams must use !unpause.
6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.
6.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.
6.3.If a server or game failure causes a round to be played incorrectly, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback may go back no more than 3 rounds and requires either the opponent's consent or a referee's decision.
6.4.A match interrupted due to a platform failure is resumed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is ordered only by a referee's decision.
7.1.Any third-party software that provides an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modified game files, and overlays displaying game information.
7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: leaving the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosting is permitted.
7.3.Match-fixing, intentionally losing, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.
7.4.Revealing opponents' positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.
7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the screen for verification. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.
7.6.Penalties for violating this section: removal from the tournament without an entry-fee refund and a platform ban ranging from 6 months to lifetime.
8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Stats and demo recordings are available on the match page.
8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends, through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.
8.3.Protests without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.
8.4.Protests against decisions made by a referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.
9.1.Participants must treat opponents, referees, spectators, and staff with respect.
9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.
9.3.Spam and flooding in the in-game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.
9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.
10.1.Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and connection. Issues on a participant's end are not grounds for a replay.
10.2.A stable connection with ping below 60 ms to platform servers and wired internet are recommended. Playing over mobile internet or a VPN is not recommended and does not entitle participants to a replay.
10.3.Participants must remain reachable through the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.
10.4.Lateness: teams have 10 minutes from match assignment to join the server. A team that fails to join on time receives a forfeit for the map; if more than 20 minutes late, a forfeit for the match.
10.5.Screen recording by participants is not mandatory, but if cheating is suspected, the organizer may request a screen stream showing the monitor and hands.
10.6.Participants may stream with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is treated as ghosting.
12.1.The entry fee is 600 KGS per player and is paid when applying via an О!Банк QR code for the exact amount shown on the site. An application is confirmed once the payment is credited.
12.2.Payments are linked to accounts automatically by amount, so you must transfer exactly the amount shown, including tyiyns, before the QR code expires. If payment goes through but your application does not appear within 15 minutes, contact the organizer and attach the receipt.
12.3.Entry fees are refundable only if the organizer cancels the tournament or an application is withdrawn before registration closes.
12.4.Participants removed for violating the rules will not receive an entry-fee refund.
12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is defined as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from participation fees actually paid and announced after registration closes.
12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the recipient's responsibility.
13.1.Direct all questions, protests, and problem reports to the organizer through the contacts listed on the tournament page.
13.2.The official communication channels are the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts. Agreements made in private messages without a referee are not valid.
