Description

An online cybersport.kg mix in the format of our LAN mixes at «Каганат»: the same captain drafts, except we play from home.

Come alone, leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player submits their own application, and rosters are assembled through a draft on the tournament page. The organizer appoints captains, who take turns picking players from the shared pool. There are no PTS limits, either per player or for the total roster: a captain picks you because they want to play with you.

HOW IT WILL WORK

Saturday, October 24. Registration closes at 18:00 Bishkek time, and the draft begins on the tournament page. The first matches start at 18:30. The draft uses a snake order: one round from left to right, the next from right to left, so the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. The bracket is double elimination, matches are Bo1, maps use MR12, and overtime uses MR3. Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server assignment are automatic.

All matches are played on platform servers: stats, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone can open their maps, check the score, damage, and clutches, and review demos in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.

WHAT YOU NEED

An account on cybersport.kg with Steam linked, a paid entry fee, stable internet, and a free evening. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded on every map, and we will review disputed moments after the match. Be on the site by 18:00: draft picks are timed, and captains choose from players who are present.

Players who are not drafted onto a roster go into the reserve pool. If someone drops out, a substitute comes from the reserve pool, so everyone has a chance to play.

ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

The entry fee is 600 KGS per person. Pay through О!Банк directly on the site: click “Pay and Apply,” and the site will show a QR code with the exact amount. You can pay using any banking app in Kyrgyzstan. The amount may include tyiyn (for example, 599.37): transfer exactly that amount so the payment can be identified. Your application will appear in the list automatically a few seconds after payment; you do not need to send the receipt anywhere. The prize pool is funded by entry fees and split between the top two places: 50% for first and 30% for second. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes; they depend on how many people have paid to participate.

RULES

The full rules are in the “Rules” tab. In short: play fair, treat others decently, and join the server on time—you have 10 minutes from when the match is assigned.

Questions? Ask in the tournament chat or on Telegram @xmvsx.

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is organized by the cybersport.kg platform for Counter-Strike 2.

1.2.By registering, participants confirm that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt participants from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of completed matches.

1.4.All disputes not covered by the rules are resolved by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a predetermined result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.Participants must have a cybersport.kg account with Steam linked. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and results in removal from the tournament.

2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.A player may be registered for only one team in a tournament.

2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, CAPTAIN DRAFT)

3.1.Registration is individual: players apply to a shared pool.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is a snake: one round from left to right, the next from right to left, and so on. This means the last captain in a round picks twice in a row, and the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. The pick order and time limit are visible to everyone on the draft page.

3.3.Captains have a limited time to make a pick (shown on the draft page). If a captain runs out of time, the system automatically selects a player, and the turn passes on. A timed-out pick cannot be reclaimed.

3.4.PTS ratings do not apply in this mode: the captain decides the roster.

3.5.Players not drafted onto rosters are placed in the reserve pool. A substitute from the reserve pool may join only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusing to play for the team that drafted you is equivalent to withdrawal from the tournament without an entry fee refund.

3.7.Agreements between captains to form rosters in advance (“you pick these players, I'll pick those”) are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft will be redone and the captains disqualified.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Maps use MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with $10,000 starting money. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are decided by a knife round: the winner chooses a side with !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

4.4.Server settings are set automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is handled by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause: !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause: !tech. It may be called only for an actual technical problem: a game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or background noise at the venue.

5.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is reached, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

5.4.Both teams must use !unpause to end a pause.

6. DISCONNECTS AND RESTORATION

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.

6.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If they do not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback is possible for no more than 3 rounds and only with the opponent's consent or by referee decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to a platform issue is resumed from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is ordered only by referee decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party software that provides an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, game file modifications, and overlays displaying gameplay information.

7.2.Exploiting map or game bugs is prohibited: going outside map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walking, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosting is allowed.

7.3.Match fixing, intentionally losing, and betting on your own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Sharing information about an opponent's positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and screen access for review. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.

7.6.Penalties for violating this section: removal from the tournament without an entry fee refund and a platform ban ranging from 6 months to permanent.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Stats and demo recordings are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain within 30 minutes after the match ends, through the organizer's contacts, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

8.3.Protests without evidence (a demo, screen recording, or screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by a referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Participants must treat opponents, referees, spectators, and staff with respect.

9.2.Insults, threats, and inciting hatred on national, religious, or any other grounds are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in the in-game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. ONLINE VENUE

10.1.Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and connection. Issues on a participant's end are not grounds for a replay.

10.2.A stable wired internet connection with ping of no more than 60 ms to the platform servers is recommended. Playing over mobile internet or a VPN is not recommended and does not entitle participants to a replay.

10.3.Participants must remain reachable via the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.

10.4.Lateness: teams have 10 minutes to join the server from when the match is assigned. A team that fails to join on time receives a forfeit loss for the map; if more than 20 minutes late, a forfeit loss for the match.

10.5.Participants are not required to record their screens, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen broadcast showing the monitor and hands.

10.6.Participants may stream with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is treated as ghosting.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

12.1.The entry fee of 600 KGS per player is paid when applying via an О!Банк QR code for the exact amount shown on the site. An application is confirmed once the payment is received.

12.2.The payment is automatically linked to the account by its amount, so you must transfer exactly the amount shown, including tyiyn, before the QR code expires. If payment goes through but the application has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact the organizer and attach the receipt.

12.3.Entry fees are refundable only if the organizer cancels the tournament or an application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.Entry fees are not refunded to participants removed for violating the rules.

12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is defined as a share of collected entry fees, the final amount is calculated from the number of paid entries and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the recipient's responsibility.

13. COMMUNICATION

13.1.Direct all questions, protests, and problem reports through the organizer's contacts listed on the tournament page.

13.2.The tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contacts are the official communication channels. Agreements made in private messages without a referee are not valid.
