Description

An online cybersport.kg mix in the format of our LAN mixes at «Каганат»: the same captain drafts, only we play from home.

Come alone, leave with a team. Registration is individual: each player applies for themselves, and rosters are assembled through a draft on the tournament page. The organizer appoints captains, who take turns picking players from the shared pool. There are no PTS limits—neither per player nor for the total roster: a captain picks you because they want to play with you.

HOW IT WILL WORK

Saturday, October 17. Registration closes at 11:30 Bishkek time, and the draft begins on the tournament page. The first matches start at 12:00. The draft uses a snake order: one round goes from left to right, the next from right to left, so the advantage of the first pick does not accumulate. Double elimination bracket, Bo1 matches, MR12 maps, MR3 overtime. Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server assignment are automatic.

All matches are played on the platform's servers: stats, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically. After the tournament, everyone can open their maps, check the score, damage, and clutches, and review the demo in the 2D viewer and 3D replay.

WHAT YOU NEED

An account on cybersport.kg with Steam linked, a paid entry fee, a stable internet connection, and a free day. An anti-cheat client is not required for this tournament, but demos are recorded on every map, and disputed moments will be reviewed after the match. Be on the site by 11:30: draft picks are timed, and captains choose from players who are present.

Players who are not drafted onto a roster go into the reserve pool. If someone drops out, a substitute comes from the reserve pool, so everyone has a chance to play.

ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

The entry fee is 600 KGS per person. Pay via О!Банк directly on the site: click «Pay and apply», and the site will display a QR code with the exact amount—you can pay using any banking app in Kyrgyzstan. The amount may include tyiyns (for example, 599.37): transfer that exact amount so the payment can be identified. Your application will appear on the list automatically a few seconds after payment; there is no need to send the receipt anywhere. The prize pool is formed from entry fees and split between the top two places: 50% for first, 30% for second. We will announce the exact amounts after registration closes—they depend on how many people have paid to participate.

RULES

The full rules are in the «Rules» tab. The essentials: play fair, treat others decently, and join the server on time—you have 10 minutes to join after the match is assigned.

Questions—ask in the tournament chat or on Telegram @xmvsx.

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is organized by the cybersport.kg platform for Counter-Strike 2.

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and cannot retroactively change the results of matches already played.

1.4.All disputes not covered by the rules are resolved by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may deny participation or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a fixed result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have an account on cybersport.kg with Steam linked. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and is punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.A player may be registered for only one team within a tournament.

2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, CAPTAIN DRAFT)

3.1.Registration is individual: players apply to a shared pool.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns picking players from the pool on the draft page. The pick order is a snake: one round goes from left to right, the next from right to left, and so on. This means the last captain in a round picks twice in a row, and the first-pick advantage does not accumulate. The pick order and pick timer are visible to everyone on the draft page.

3.3.Captains have a limited time to make a pick (shown on the draft page). If a captain runs out of time, the system automatically picks a player, and the turn passes on. A pick missed due to the timer is not restored.

3.4.PTS ratings do not apply in this mode: the captain decides the roster.

3.5.Players not drafted onto rosters are placed in the reserve pool. A substitute from the reserve pool may join only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusing to play for the team that drafted a player is equivalent to withdrawal from the tournament without an entry-fee refund.

3.7.Agreements between captains on prearranged rosters («you pick these players, I pick those») are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft will be redone and the captains will be disqualified.

4. MATCH FORMAT

4.1.Maps use MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

4.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with a starting balance of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

4.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

4.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and cannot be changed by participants.

4.5.A match is considered to have started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

4.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is handled by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.

5. PAUSES

5.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.

5.2.Technical pause — !tech. May be used only for a genuine technical problem: a game crash, lost connection, equipment failure, or background noise at the venue.

5.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is reached, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

5.4.Both teams must use !unpause to end a pause.

6. DISCONNECTIONS AND RESTORATION

6.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.

6.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.

6.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback can go back no more than 3 rounds and requires either the opponent's consent or a referee's decision.

6.4.A match interrupted due to a platform fault resumes from the point of interruption through round restoration. A full map replay is ordered only by a referee's decision.

7. FAIR PLAY

7.1.Any third-party software that provides an advantage is prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modifications to game files, and overlays displaying game information.

7.2.Exploiting map and game bugs is prohibited: going outside the map, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walks, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosting is allowed.

7.3.Match-fixing, intentionally losing, and betting on your own matches are prohibited.

7.4.Revealing information about opponents' positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

7.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and screen access for review. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.

7.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without an entry-fee refund and a platform ban ranging from 6 months to a lifetime ban.

8. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

8.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

8.2.A protest must be submitted by the captain no later than 30 minutes after the match ends, through the organizer's contact channels, stating the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

8.3.Protests without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

8.4.Protests against decisions made by a referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.

9. CONDUCT

9.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is mandatory.

9.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred based on nationality, religion, or any other characteristic are prohibited.

9.3.Spam and flooding in the in-game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

9.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

10. ONLINE PLAY

10.1.Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and connection. Problems on the participant's end are not grounds for a replay.

10.2.A stable wired internet connection with ping of up to 60 ms to the platform's servers is recommended. Playing over mobile internet or a VPN is not recommended and does not entitle a participant to a replay.

10.3.Participants must be reachable through the organizer's Discord or Telegram throughout the tournament day.

10.4.Lateness: teams have 10 minutes to join the server from the time the match is assigned. A team that fails to join in time receives a default loss for the map; if more than 20 minutes late, a default loss for the match.

10.5.Participants are not required to record their screens, but if unfair play is suspected, the organizer may request a screen broadcast showing the monitor and hands.

10.6.Participants may stream with a delay of at least 2 minutes. Streaming without a delay is treated as ghosting.

12. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

12.1.The participation fee of 600 KGS per player is paid when applying via an О!Банк QR code for the exact amount shown on the site. The application is considered confirmed once the payment is received.

12.2.Payments are automatically matched to accounts by amount, so you must transfer exactly the amount shown, including tyiyns, before the QR code expires. If payment goes through but your application does not appear within 15 minutes, contact the organizer and attach the receipt.

12.3.An entry-fee refund is available only if the organizer cancels the tournament or the application is withdrawn before registration closes.

12.4.Participants removed for violating the rules will not receive an entry-fee refund.

12.5.Prizes are paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends. If a prize is defined as a share of the entry fees collected, the final amount is calculated from participation fees actually paid and announced after registration closes.

12.6.Taxes and transfer fees are the recipient's responsibility.

13. CONTACT

13.1.All questions, protests, and problem reports must be submitted through the organizer's contact details listed on the tournament page.

13.2.The tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contact details are the official communication channels. Agreements made in private messages without a referee have no standing.
