Description

ARASAKA × CYBERSPORT.KG is a CS2 LAN mix tournament at the Arasaka computer club. The tournament is organized by the Arasaka club and the cybersport.kg platform, the tournament's main partner.

COME ALONE — LEAVE WITH A TEAM

Individual registration opens online on October 5, here on cybersport.kg. There are no PTS restrictions: any player on the platform can play. Rosters are formed on-site through a draft: the organizer appoints captains, who take turns selecting players from the common pool. No pre-assembled teams of five.

TOURNAMENT DAY — OCTOBER 11, SUNDAY

08:00 — gathering at the club.

By 11:00 — payment of entry fees at the administration desk.

11:30 — matches begin.

ENTRY FEE — 500 KGS, PAY ON-SITE

There is no online prepayment. An application on the website reserves a place in the pool, and the fee is paid at the club's administration desk by 11:00. Only players who have paid enter the draft.

PRIZE POOL — 100% OF ALL ENTRY FEES

All collected entry fees go to prizes: 50% for first place, 30% for second, 20% for third. We will announce the exact amounts before the start, once the number of players who have paid is known.

HOW IT WORKS

Double elimination bracket: a team must lose twice to be eliminated. All bracket matches are played on one map (Bo1); the grand final is a best-of-three (Bo3). MR12, MR3 overtime. Map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban and server setup are automatic; statistics, demos, and ratings are recorded automatically.

WHAT YOU NEED

An account on cybersport.kg with Steam and Telegram linked, an application on this page, and 500 KGS to pay at the club desk on tournament day. The club provides computers and peripherals; you may bring your own mouse, keyboard, and headphones.

The full rules are in the “Rules” tab. Questions can be sent to the tournament chat or the organizer.

Rules

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.The tournament is held by the cybersport.kg platform in Counter-Strike 2 as a LAN event at the Arasaka computer club (Bishkek) on October 11, 2026. Participants gather from 08:00, entry fees must be paid by 11:00, and matches begin at 11:30. The tournament is jointly organized by the Arasaka club and the cybersport.kg platform (main partner).

1.2.By registering, a participant confirms that they have read and agree to the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.

1.3.The organizer may change the rules before the tournament begins by notifying participants on the tournament page. Changes during the tournament are permitted only to correct obvious errors and may not retroactively change the results of matches already played.

1.4.All disputes not covered by the rules are decided by the tournament's head referee. Their decision is final.

1.5.The organizer may refuse entry or remove a participant from the tournament without refunding the entry fee for violating the rules, cheating, insults, disrupting matches, or attempting to arrange a fixed result.

2. PARTICIPANTS AND ACCOUNTS

2.1.A participant must have a cybersport.kg account with Steam linked. Playing on someone else's account (account sharing) is prohibited and punishable by removal from the tournament.

2.2.The Steam account must not have active VAC or Game Bans for CS2, or bans for cheating on third-party platforms received less than 2 years before the tournament.

2.3.Nicknames must not contain insults, profanity, political or religious slogans, or advertising. The organizer may require a nickname change.

2.4.Each player may submit one application. A second application by the same person from another account results in the removal of both applications without a refund of the entry fee.

2.5.Participants must provide accurate information. Providing false information results in removal from the tournament.

3. ROSTERS (FULL MIX, CAPTAIN DRAFT)

3.1.Registration is individual: players apply to a common pool. Team size is 5 players.

3.2.Before the start, the organizer appoints captains. Captains take turns selecting players from the pool on the draft page. Picks proceed in rotation; the pick order and time limit are visible to everyone.

3.3.Captains have a limited time to make a pick (shown on the draft page). If a captain fails to pick in time, the system selects a player automatically and moves to the next pick. A pick missed due to the time limit cannot be reclaimed.

3.4.The captain determines the roster: the team points total limit does not apply in this mode.

3.5.Players not selected for a roster are placed in reserve. A substitute from the reserve may be added only through the organizer.

3.6.Refusing to play for the team that selected a player is equivalent to removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee.

3.7.Agreements between captains to form rosters in advance (“you take these players, I'll take those”) are prohibited. If collusion is discovered, the draft is repeated and the captains are disqualified.

4. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

4.1.The bracket is double elimination: a team is eliminated after its second loss. The upper and lower brackets meet in the grand final.

4.2.The organizer determines the team seeds in the bracket after the draft is complete.

4.3.All bracket matches are played on one map (Bo1). The grand final is a best-of-three (Bo3). The organizer may change the format of a stage by announcing the change before it begins.

4.4.The match schedule is announced on the tournament page. A team must be ready to play from the moment its match is scheduled.

5. MATCH FORMAT

5.1.Maps use MR12: the first team to win 13 rounds wins.

5.2.At 12:12, MR3 overtime is played with a starting balance of $10,000. Sides switch every 3 rounds. If overtime ends 3:3, another overtime is played under the same rules until a winner is determined.

5.3.Starting sides are determined by a knife round: the winner chooses a side using !stay (stay) or !switch (switch).

5.4.Server settings are configured automatically by the platform and may not be changed by participants.

5.5.A match is considered started from the first round after the knife round. The result recorded by the server is official.

5.6.Tournament map pool: Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, Cache. Pick-ban is handled by the platform; the order of steps depends on the series format and is shown to participants on screen.

6. PAUSES

6.1.Tactical pause — !pause. Each team has three 30-second pauses per map, plus one additional pause in overtime.

6.2.Technical pause — !tech. It may be called only for a genuine technical problem: a game crash, connection loss, equipment malfunction, or disruptive noise at the venue.

6.3.Total technical pause time is limited to 10 minutes per map per team. Once the limit is reached, the team must continue playing or use a tactical pause.

6.4.A pause is ended with !unpause from both teams.

7. DISCONNECTIONS AND RECOVERY

7.1.If a player disconnects, the team must immediately call a technical pause.

7.2.A player has a total of 10 minutes per map to return. If the player does not return, the team plays with an incomplete roster.

7.3.If a round is played incorrectly due to a server or game failure, a rollback is used: !backup <round number>, with confirmation from both teams. A rollback may go back no more than 3 rounds and requires either the opponent's consent or a referee's decision.

7.4.A match interrupted due to a platform fault is resumed from the point of interruption through round recovery. A full map replay is ordered only by a referee's decision.

8. FAIR PLAY

8.1.Any third-party programs that provide an advantage are prohibited: cheats, macros, scripts, modifications to game files, and overlays displaying gameplay information.

8.2.Exploiting map or game bugs is prohibited: leaving the map boundaries, passing through textures, shooting through surfaces that cannot be penetrated, pixel walking, and boosting on invisible objects. Normal player boosts are allowed.

8.3.Match fixing, intentional losses, and betting on one's own matches are prohibited.

8.4.Revealing information about opponents' positions as a spectator or eliminated player (ghosting) is prohibited.

8.5.The organizer may request a demo recording, screenshots, and access to the player's screen for verification. Refusal is treated as an admission of a violation.

8.6.Penalty for violations of this section: removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a platform ban ranging from 6 months to a lifetime ban.

9. RESULTS AND PROTESTS

9.1.Match results are recorded automatically. Statistics and the demo recording are available on the match page.

9.2.A captain must submit a protest no later than 30 minutes after the match ends through the organizer's contact channels, specifying the match number, round, and nature of the complaint.

9.3.Protests without evidence (demo, screen recording, screenshot) will not be considered.

9.4.Protests against decisions made by a referee during a match must be submitted immediately, before the next round begins.

10. CONDUCT

10.1.Respectful treatment of opponents, referees, spectators, and staff is required.

10.2.Insults, threats, and incitement of hatred based on nationality, religion, or any other characteristic are prohibited.

10.3.Spamming and flooding the in-game chat and tournament chat are prohibited.

10.4.Advertising third-party resources and gambling is prohibited.

11. LAN VENUE

11.1.The tournament takes place at the Arasaka computer club (Bishkek). The venue provides equipment. Players may bring their own peripherals: a mouse, keyboard, headphones, and mousepad. Connecting personal computers, storage devices, or network equipment is prohibited.

11.2.Participants gather at the venue from 08:00. Each participant must arrive and pay the entry fee by 11:00, before the draft begins. Being more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled match results in a forfeit of the map; more than 30 minutes results in a forfeit of the match.

11.3.Workstation setup (config, sensitivity, resolution) must be completed before the match starts. No setup time is provided after the knife round.

11.4.Phones must be removed from desks during matches. Using a phone during a map is prohibited; outside matches, phone use is unrestricted.

11.5.Players may speak only with their own team. Any communication with people outside the team during a map is prohibited, including gestures and outside hints.

11.6.Spectators may not come within two meters of gaming stations or give players hints. A spectator who violates this rule will be removed from the venue.

11.7.Food and drinks at gaming stations are subject to club rules. Anyone who spills a drink on equipment must pay for the damage according to the club's price list.

11.8.Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not permitted at the venue. An intoxicated participant will not be allowed to play matches, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

12. DISCIPLINE AT THE VENUE

12.1.Hitting a desk, throwing peripherals, or damaging property results in a 500 KGS fine and a warning. Any damage caused must be compensated separately according to the club's price list.

12.2.Profanity shouted across the club: first offense — 500 KGS fine; second — 1000 KGS fine; third — removal from the tournament and a platform ban.

12.3.Physical assault, fighting, or threats of physical violence result in immediate removal from the tournament without a refund of the entry fee and a 2-month platform ban. In cases with serious consequences, a lifetime ban and a police report follow.

12.4.Fines must be paid on-site. Until payment is made, the team may not play its next match; failure to pay is treated as a refusal to continue in the tournament.

12.5.A referee may issue a verbal warning for any behavior that disrupts other participants, even if it is not explicitly described above. Two verbal warnings result in a 500 KGS fine.

12.6.All fines and decisions are recorded in writing by the referee and posted in the tournament chat after the match.

13. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES

13.1.The entry fee is 500 KGS per player. There is no online prepayment: the fee is paid on-site at the Arasaka club's administration desk on tournament day, by 11:00.

13.2.An application on the platform reserves a place in the pool. A player becomes a tournament participant after paying the fee at the desk: an administrator records the payment, and only players who have paid enter the draft.

13.3.Players who have not paid the fee by 11:00 may not participate in the draft or matches; their place may be taken by a player from the reserve.

13.4.The prize pool is 100% of all entry fees and is divided as follows: 50% for first place, 30% for second, 20% for third. The final amounts are announced before the start, once the number of players who have paid is known.

13.5.The entry fee is refundable only if the organizer cancels the tournament.

13.6.A participant removed for violating the rules will not receive a refund of the entry fee.

13.7.Prize money is paid within 7 business days after the tournament ends.

14. COMMUNICATION

14.1.All questions, protests, and reports of problems must be sent through the organizer's contact channels listed on the tournament page.

14.2.The official communication channels are the tournament chat on cybersport.kg and the listed contact channels. Agreements made in private messages without a referee are not valid.
