    Stand on the throw spot

    Stand where the video shows. The fastest way is a console command on a server with sv_cheats 1:

    setpos 1296.10 -351.89 -167.97; setang -55.86 -175.02 0

    Line up your crosshair

    Put your crosshair on the same reference point as in the clip at the moment of the throw — switch to 0.25× and step through it frame by frame. View angles: pitch -55.86°, yaw -175.02°.

    Release LMB while standing still.
