Stand where the video shows. The fastest way is a console command on a server with sv_cheats 1:

Line up your crosshair
Put your crosshair on the same reference point as in the clip at the moment of the throw — switch to 0.25× and step through it frame by frame. View angles: pitch -56.80°, yaw -167.42°.
